This all started because I wanted to carve a whale and wanted it to have more than one color. I started fiddling with cutting out parts like a puzzle and fitting them together and before I knew it, I was essentially painting with wood. 10 years later and I’m back in the shop ofter a short period of renovating a house, then building a woodshop and renovating another house and then realizing that will never be finished so I may as well carve. I now have a long list of animals I’d like to carve and a perfect little shop full of spiders and roly poly bugs (they are actually crustaceans) for company.
